Cindy & George Anthony Are Getting Death Threats, While Casey Release Date is Changed Again!

What a week for the Anthony’s, Casey is found not guilty of murder of her daughter, George & Cindy go home only to start receiving death threats. Casey goes back to court for sentencing and gets time served and is told she will be released next Wednesday, but wait it will actually be Sunday now.

How much you want to bet they pull a Los Angeles jail switch on everyone and move Casey out in the middle of the night. That’s what they do with high-profile celebrities when the press is outside.  The slip them into a black SUV and make them lay down in the back and out they go.

Then when the press shows up the release, the jail says, oh sorry, that person was released hours ago.  With the tensions surrounding this case and the death threats, I wouldn’t be surprised if that is what they do.

Bill O’Reilly Reports “In addition, Florida Representative Bill Hager from Boca Raton has introduced legislation called Caylee’s Law that would make it a felony for a parent or legal guardian to fail to report a missing child to authorities. That law should be passed immediately in every state. (Amen)

In the meantime, Casey may be set free, but I don’t think she will be free from the legal entanglements she has set in motion.  As I mentioned yesterday there are several people lining up to sue for costs for the search for her daughter.  She may be out of jail, but not out of court.

Cindy might have perjury charges brought  against her if the state of Florida wants to push that angle.  This family has created part of this mess and they will be in debt when it is all said and done.

The people, the media, everyone needs to get a grip, use the laws of logic and nothing else. A defendant can of course, waive their right to a trial by jury and request a trial by judge but if they go the way of this country’s legal system – English Law is the basis of the common law legal system used in the US – the jurors SHOULD EXPECT a defendant to be proven guilty (vie a vie, the evidence gathered by the state) because up until that very moment, a defendant is innocent, period. That is the way that our legal justice system was designed and works. As Casey sat in that courtroom while the proceedings went on, she sat there, as an innocent person. We the people, SHOULD EXPECT a jury, not to find a defendant guilty unless he or she were proven guilty. This was not even a murder trial as Cause of Death, was never even established. If, by all scientific methods, the fact that Caylee was murdered could not be established, you can’t jump from A to Z and convict someone for murder when in fact, for all intents and purposes, Caylee was not murdered. Forensic evidence was not ignored, it did not exist. At the end of the day, this system works exactly how it was designed to work, I guess we the people, rather than execute an innocent person, would rather let a guilty one walk. In the grand scheme of cultures and civilization, that makes us better.

    1. You are correct, but I think what has everyone so upset is here is a mother that did not report her daughter missing for 31 days. Then you have a little girl’s skull with duct tape wrapped around it and it “appears” to be the cause of death. No we do not know if it is, but it could be. We do not have proof of death of drowning either. How this little girl died is still unknown.

I think everyone of those volunteer searchers should se Casey anthony. She changed her story to “she drowned on June16 2008”,so she caused many money and time and especially time to look for someone who truly was missing or kidnapped. Can she be sued for taking money and help from anyone that contributed, thinking they were looking for a missing child.I hope someone goes after her for the wrongful death of Caylee.

    1. Good questions, and I think Texas Equisearch is looking into that right now. The state of Florida is considering it because she did lead them on a wild goose chase.
