Well the saga continues and it will be interesting to see what is revealed today, from George on Dr. Phil’s Show today, part 3. I must admit, that I have not been that surprised by George’s view on Casey. His law enforcement background and the way he talked to the police, I knew he had made up his mind about Casey’s guilt.
We may not ever know how Caylee died, but like George, she was in Casey’s care, so she is responsible. Even though Cindy doesn’t agree with that interpretation, I think George is right.
Dr. Phil is not sparing any punches when it comes to Cindy. He is trying to wake her up to the reality of the situation, and she just keeps drifting back to her own reality, very similar to her daughter, if you ask me.
Cindy has her views on what happened to her granddaughter, and to Casey and it is not anything close to how George sees it. With this large of a question between them, it will be surprising if they can stay together through all of this going back and forth over how Caylee died.
Cindy feels that God let Casey go free, it wasn’t God, Cindy it was 12 jurors who didn’t do a very good job of interpreting the evidence in my opinion. I still feel that the lightning strike on the tree where Caylee was found was a sign that God was not happy with the verdict.
Of course it is over, and we must all move on, and that is what George is trying to do, I think he is actually wanting Dr. Phil’s help in this matter. I really hope that Dr. Phil can give George and Cindy something to help them through this terrible nightmare created by their daughter, Casey.
Yes, I watched yesterday, and I must admit, Cindy did try to excuse Casey’s behavior away with three different reasons, all of which Dr. Phil showed her that none of which could be the cause of her actions. Cindy did point out that Casey had a Grand Mal seizure twice and even though she had been worked up in a hospital setting for 3 days, they did not find a cause for the seizure.
The second reason was Post Postpartum Schizophrenia, I know Cindy is a nurse, but she is not a mental health nurse and I think she made this one up, to try to get sympathy for Casey or some reason in her mind to explain her daughter’s behavior.
Finally Cindy hinted that maybe her daughter might have a brain tumor. The hospital when they did their work-up for the seizures did many tests and they did not find a brain tumor, and I do not think a brain tumor exists.
What I think that Cindy and George are going to have to face is that Casey is a psychopathic liar and she has no remorse for what she did and only has feeling for herself. It will be interesting to see that George appears to have already pieced some of the facts together, but he seems to be keeping them to himself.
He may be wanting Dr. Phil to move into these directions to help convince Cindy because George may not be able to lead Cindy there himself. I hope that these two do find some peace when this is done, they have had their own place in hell so far.

After months of silence, Casey Anthony’s parents will be on the Dr. Phil show today and tomorrow discussing their feelings about their daughter, Casey, and their granddaughter, Caylee . Many have wondered if they will tell the truth or just fabricate more lies like what Cindy told in court.
Last night Dr. Phil was on several of the HLN shows, Joy Behar, and Nany Grace and he states that he feels the parents were telling him the truth on many of the questions he posed to them. Of course many of us do not believe that Cindy can tell the difference between the truth and what she wants to be the truth. She has made her world what she wants it to be and George has accepted it for what it is, and that’s that.
It will be interesting to see what the parents say to Dr. Phil over the next two days and what is reveled if anything about the case. They don’t have to lie about anything now. The case is over, Casey just has to pay back the state of Florida and many others for the investigation costs, she is still the most hated woman in the country, even if Cindy wants to blame it on seizures. Casey still had a hand in the death of the their granddaughter, and she buried her in the swamp.
They will have to live with that knowledge for the rest of their lives. I would have a hard time living with that knowledge myself and yes, perhaps we all might want to create a fantasy world as to why Casey did it. We are not in their shoes, and aren’t we glad that we have not had to walk a mile in their shoes these past three years.
HLN is reporting this afternoon, that a three judge panel has upheld Judge Strickland’s early order and Judge Melvin Perry’s interpretation that Casey Anthony must serve a year of supervised probation in Orlando, Florida. She must report by Friday.
This is not what the Casey Anthony Defense team had argued and the Florida Attorney General had argued that she should serve the probation in the case going in front of the 5th District Court of Appeal.
It is not what the Defense team had expected, but it is what many legal experts had expected. Although many had speculated that the Defense might win on this point, it is not what the panel ordered.
Time will one tell what happens, but it is now clear, Casey Anthony will be coming back to Florida soon.
Casey Anthony’s white Pontiac Sunbird has been flattened according to a news report in CNN.com. The car was destroyed nearly 7 weeks after her acquittal. The Sunbird belonged to George & Cindy Anthony and was the focus of the murder trial of Casey Anthony in which the prosecution claimed she put her daughter’s body in to the trunk and left it for several days.
The stench of human decomposition was noted by Tow Truck Driver and by George Anthony when the car had been picked up after Casey abandoned it outside of a store in Florida.
The car is now flat and is gone from the Anthony’s lives and the site of anyone related to the case. With the trial and the smell, I doubt that the Anthony’s wanted anything else to do with the car. Just like their daughter who they have said is not to come back to their home according to their attorney.
The Defense claimed that the State of Florida used “junk science” when they were trying to prove that Caylee had been in the trunk. I know that DNA was once considered “junk science” as well, now it is freeing people from prison, because of its reliability. My thoughts are that some of the evidence had never been tested in a court of law, and even though there were good experts, the Jury didn’t believe it.
This happened when the first DNA evidence was introduced as well, it was difficult for a Jury to grasp the concept and now it is accepted and not argue able. This case will go down in history, but I do hope that some of the “junk science” is proven in other courts, because the smell and the hair found of little Caylee in the trunk had me convinced.
The evidence in the Casey Anthony Car is now gone, and it is flat in a junk yard, just like the prosecution’s case fell with the jury, flat. Many of us still want justice for Caylee, but we may never see that in this life. It is now in the hands of someone greater than any of us.
Caylee Anthony was a precious little girl that has captured the hearts of America, but just this week, a three-year old little girl was abducted from in front of her home in Missouri and murdered.
Another child in Southern California was taken from her home by her father, and driven to Northern California. Police found both dead in the father’s car within a day and half. http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/lanow/2011/08/kidnapped-2-year-old-girl-father-found-dead-inside-suv.html
Little Caylee Anthony was a victim, but there are others everyday in our country and we must put our foot down and say enough. We all must take steps to protect our children.
My heart is saddened when I read that these innocents are the tools between a father and mother in a child custody issue and that a child (or children) loses his/her life. Let’s not allow another sexual predator an opportunity to grab a child and end another precious life. In California, a family was murdered by a father who didn’t want to complete a divorce action, so he killed the children and the mother.
Sexual predators do not change their behavior. The Jaycee Dugard case is teaching us more each day as the video tapes are released how this couple, who abducted her, would lure little girls into their van and video tape these children. These people need to be locked away and the key thrown away.
We must become united at protecting our children and take care of one another like we used to when I was a child. Everyone on my block knew one another, and we helped one another when we needed help.
We must know who is out-of-place in our neighborhood and who belongs so we can spot those cars that might take a child. When we see a father or a mother becoming emotionally unbalanced, we must reach out for help to protect the children.
Our children are our tomorrows. They are the most precious commodity of our lives. We should take every step to protect them and unite to make their lives secure.

Justice is served Ms. Anthony, you will do your Probation just like any other Con!!!. Judge Perry has served you the order and you must report for your probation on August 26th in Florida. The Probation Department must keep up confidential records on her whereabouts, but no special treatment.
Judge Belvin Perry Jr. has won his place in the hearts of many Americans when he issued that order today. The most hated woman in America must serve probation for her check fraud case which she did against her best friend in 2008. Had her family pressed charges against her, it would have been for more money I’m sure, but no, Cindy continued to enable her bad behavior, not realizing it would cost her Caylee.
I’m thrilled that Judge Perry has stayed the course of what probation stands for which is have a convict monitored to make sure they can exist in normal society and not mess up. How many of us believe that Casey can not mess up??
I know that unless she gets treatment, she will be right back in jail for her lying and cheating behavior. I do not expect a liar to change her stripes, but maybe she will quite stealing from others.
Yes, Jose Baez was not innocent when he didn’t alert the court to the error and Judge Perry told him that he should he realize he did not honor the justice system. I don’t think Jose knows what that means, your honor.
It may not be justice for Caylee, but it will be some form of monitoring for Casey.
