A few days ago, I posted that outsiders had entered into the Wisconsin protest and that some of the signs were offensive.
Today as I’m listening to the early morning reports, I hear that Union workers from Los Angeles are now flying to Wisconsin to join Union workers in the protests.
“They are taking a stand against the Billionaire Governor”, said one Union worker who is flying to Wisconsin. Now, I don’t want to discourage his freedom of speech, but it is also my understanding that Wisconsin is BROKE!
Just like California is BROKE! Maybe these folks need to negotiate and realize things are not what they used to be for any of us. I don’t think the Billionaire Governor is the one that caused the state to be BROKE, just like in California.
This is what happens in a recession, and concessions need to be made so everyone keeps working. We have always had Unions in this country, and they have been great in some situations, but now in these hard times, they need to negotiate.
